New DNS name for Sell Online


As part of Canada Post?s continued commitment to improve our services we will be upgrading the Sell Online servers.

This enhancement will impact the usage of the current Sell Online IP address. The technology upgrade will be in place by November 30, 2006 and we ask that you use the following DNS entry sellonline.canadapost.ca or cybervente.postescanada.ca instead of the current IP address of 216.191.36.73 as soon after November 30, 2006 as possible.

In order to make the necessary changes the following is required to be updated:

  • Wherever your code sends a request to Sell Online please change the current IP address to sellonline.canadapost.ca:30000 or cybervente.postescanada.ca:30000
  • For your profile settings, change the IP address to http://sellonline.canadapost.ca/servlet/LogonServlet or http://cybervente.postescanada.ca/servlet/LogonServlet?Language=1
